Los Angeles Exhibitors

Thank you to all of the organizations that have reserved one of over 100 booths at the 2011 La Feria Es El Momento! Exhibitor Registration is now closed for La Feria Es El Momento: Edúcalos. If you would like to be invited to the 2012 La Feria in Los Angeles or have any questions, please contact Christin Alvarado at christin@advancingamericafoundation.org.

Booths will only be provided to organizations who have registered in advance and were confirmed by event staff. No additional booths will be given on the day of the event.

Set Up

All Exhibitors in the Educational Pathway must set up on Friday, October 21. This includes organizations in the Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle School, High School, College & University and Community Resources.

Time: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Location: ToroDome Gym – CSU Dominguez Hills
Parking: Parking is available in Lot 4A, 4B and 7. Parking will cost $4 per car.

Check IN: Exhibitor representatives should check in at the Lobby of the ToroDome. See layout for “Command Center” and table marked “EX”. Exhibitors only need to Check IN when they arrive to set up and do not need to Check IN again on Saturday.

Important: Late set up will not be allowed on Saturday morning.

Schedule of Events

7am – 8am: Additional Set Up for Activities
8am: Volunteer Translators Arrive – Organization should be prepared to meet and debrief their translators and volunteers.
9am: All Exhibitors must be Checked IN and completely set up. Any empty booths will be removed from the layout.
9:45am: Opening Ceremony – Activity Field
10am – 5pm: La Feria Es El Momento!

Training

All participating organizations, college and universities must attend Exhibitor Training before the event. We encourage all representatives who will be participating at a booth or demonstration to attend training. Representatives only need to attend one session.
